PEEK   PEEK is a semicrystalline thermoplastic . Its Young's modulus is 3.6 GPa and its tensile strength is 90 to 100 MPa.PEEK has a glass transition temperature of around 143 °C (289 °F) and melts around 343 °C (662 °F). Some grades have a useful operating temperature of up to 250 °C (482 °F). PEEK has high thermal stability and chemical resistance.

PAI      High heat material, glass transition temperature between 280° C, working temperature up to 260 ° C.It is stable to radiation and ultraviolet rays and has good radiation resistance.Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength and fatigue resistance.Excellent electrical properties and excellent chemical resistance

LCP     Liquid crystal polymer (LCP) is a family of halogen-free, high-performance polymers that provide high-temperature performance in thin-wall applications with exceptionally precise and stable dimensions. Service temperature up to 240°C, short term up to 340°C

PPS     PPS (polyphenylene sulphide). Xytron offers extreme good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsically flame retardancy, high stiffness up to Glass Transition Point (90 °C), Continuous Use Temperature (CUT) of 200~240 °C.

PPA     PPA (high temperature resistant nylon) has a heat distortion temperature of up to 300 ° C. The continuous use temperature can reach 170 ° C to meet your short-term and long-term thermal properties. In addition, PPA also has good chemical resistance and resistance to latent denaturation. .

PEI             Polyetherimide (PEI) is an amorphous, amber-to-transparent thermoplastic with characteristics similar to the related plastic PEEK.

PES/PPSU      Amber transparent high heat resistance and oxidation resistance, glass transition temperature is about 220 ̊C, good dimensional stability and hot water resistance at -40~200 ̊C

PSU     PSU is slightly amber transparent and maintains excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures. Long-term use temperature of 160 ° C and has a short-term use temperature of 190 ° C. It is resistant to hydrolysis and dimensional stability. Small shrinkage, non-toxic, excellent electrical properties. Good chemical stability
